Created in 2001, the duet Patricia Neels-Dania Altabbaa comes from the
meeting between two French Syrian artists whose common will is to share
the richenesses of the world's classical music, creating a dialogue between
the east and the west.
Accomplice at the city as on stage, they are respectively graduated from
Lyon music academy and the Ecole normale superieur de paris.
Patricia Neels is a cello state professor and has tenure in one of
the most famous Parisian orchestra. Dania Altabbas was born in Damascus, prize

Française price.
They regularly perform in the most prestigious concert halls of
Europe, USA and of the Arab world.
Guests of international well known festivals as the Mediterranean music
festival, Abou Dhabi, Rome and of the foreign cultural weeks in Paris,
they ardently defend the idea of a universal chamber music able to live
in the heart of the world's passion.
Virtuosos of the experimentatio n, they contribute to the diffusion of
contemporary music in a desire of research for new esthetics, for
curiosity wishing to be inventive actresses of the music of our time.
To give a visibility to their musical step they take part into many
cultural programs of radio France.....all owing their concerts to be
broadcasted on french, italian, syrian and arab Emirates television.
The musical critics greet their musical and technical performances as
their strong professionalism.
