This paper was advanced in a seminar about "Domestic Violence And Ways To Prevent It" at the forensic medicine department in Damascus university, in cooperation of the Forensic Medicine Institution-Hamburg/Germany, and a presentation of a private law for this project which has been put by the Syrian organization for family's affairs contains all the law that is connected with children. In addition to some changes and pluses which join with Syrian commitments that Syria has signed through the agreement of the child's rights and other two protocols.
